Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • A handful of oats (add the amount that feels right for you)
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate matcha powder
  • Water

Toppings:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Warm raspberries
  • Dark chocolate (chopped or shaved)
  • Almond butter
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • A pinch of sea salt flakes

How to make? 

Mash the Banana: In a small saucepan, mash up the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the Oats: Stir the oats into the mashed banana in the pan.
Whisk the Matcha: In a matcha bowl, add a teaspoon of chocolate matcha powder and whisk it with a bit of warm water until smooth. Pour this mixture into the saucepan with the banana and oats.
Add Extra Water: Add a more water to the pan to reach your preferred consistency. Heat the mixture on medium, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and cooked.

  1. Prepare the Toppings: While the oats are warming up, heat the raspberries in a small bowl until they’re soft and juicy.

  2. Serve and Top: Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt, the warm raspberries, dark chocolate, a drizzle of almond butter, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of sea salt flakes.

  3. Enjoy: Enjoy while it’s warm and comforting, with the chocolate melting in!
