Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- A handful of oats (add the amount that feels right for you)
- 1 teaspoon chocolate matcha powder
- Water
Toppings:
- Greek yogurt
- Warm raspberries
- Dark chocolate (chopped or shaved)
- Almond butter
- Pumpkin seeds
- A pinch of sea salt flakes
How to make?
Mash the Banana: In a small saucepan, mash up the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the Oats: Stir the oats into the mashed banana in the pan.
Whisk the Matcha: In a matcha bowl, add a teaspoon of chocolate matcha powder and whisk it with a bit of warm water until smooth. Pour this mixture into the saucepan with the banana and oats.
Add Extra Water: Add a more water to the pan to reach your preferred consistency. Heat the mixture on medium, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and cooked.
