RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit our dedicated returns portal where you can purchase your return label and send back your parcel. Click this link to get started. If you're outside the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, or if you're unsure about the process, feel free to send us an email at support@yoishomatcha.com and we'll help you out.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@yoishomatcha.com so we can evaluate the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@yoishomatcha.com and we'll follow up for you.
