In the event of dissatisfaction with your purchase, you have the option to either return the product for a full refund or exchange it for an alternative within 30 days of the purchase date.
Ensure that any returned product is in the same condition as received. Please be aware that perishable items, such as Matcha, cannot be returned once opened. It's important to note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
