SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are typically shipped the same day (excluding pre-orders and public holidays).


Average delivery times are:
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 2–4 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping (see checkout for current terms).
Rates may vary by country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the European Union and some countries outside the European Union.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your country will appear at checkout once your address is entered. View the table below for all available shipping options and rates.

PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Would you like to receive available items sooner? Simply place them in a separate order.

PICKUP POINTS
At this time, shipping to pickup points is not possible.
Please do not manually enter the address of a pickup location, such orders cannot be delivered and will unfortunately be lost.
In these cases, Yoisho Matcha cannot be held responsible for the missing parcel.
Always use a valid home or business address for delivery.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation including a Track & Trace link.
You can use this link to track your parcel’s journey until it’s delivered.

MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received anything, first check with neighbors or your building’s reception.
Sometimes parcels are scanned as delivered slightly early.
Please allow up to three business days.
