What you need
- Yoisho Hojicha
- Honey
- Milk to your choosing
- Ice cubes
- Optional: edible honeycomb (get it at your local farmers market)
How to prepare
Drizzle some honey in the bottom of a glass and add ice cubes on top. Make the Hojicha tea and let it cool slightly. Pour milk over the ice and gently add the hojicha on top to create a layered effect. For an extra touch, place a small piece of edible honeycomb on top.
