We're hiring - B2B Sales 🍵

Yoisho is growing fast, and we're looking for a medior B2B Sales Manager who wants to take real ownership of our wholesale business.

In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our B2B network: bringing in new partners, nurturing existing relationships, and helping build the systems and processes needed to scale sustainably. You'll work closely with the whole team, have genuine impact on the brand's growth, and operate from our office on the Herengracht in Amsterdam.

What you'll do
Build and grow our B2B client base across hospitality, retail, and concept stores in Europe. Manage and develop relationships with existing partners through regular follow-ups, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives. Set up and optimise sales processes and CRM workflows in Monday.com. Contribute to strategy and international expansion plans. Collaborate with the marketing team on B2B campaigns and partner activations.

About you
You have a medior-level background in sales or partnerships, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. You're entrepreneurial, proactive, and genuinely energised by building things from the ground up. You take ownership without needing to be pushed, work in a structured way, and thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment. You're based in Amsterdam (or happy to be) and available fulltime. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, other European languages are a plus. An affinity for matcha, wellness, or high-end food & beverage? Even better.
