How to prepare your matcha
Preparing matcha is a simple yet mindful ritual, a moment to slow down, focus, and create a perfectly smooth, frothy cup of green vitality.
Add matcha and little bit of water
Add one scoop of Yoisho Matcha to your bowl with a few splashes of hot (max 80°C) water.
Whisk until thick paste
Whisk the matcha in a “Z-shape” until you get a thick paste.
Add more water
Add 40 ml of water to the paste and whisk again in a Z-shape until you get a beautiful, foamy layer on top of your matcha.
Create your own favorite
Add your favorite ingredients and (plant-based) milk of choice, and top it off with your beautiful matcha mixture.
