Are you ready to create the best treat ever and blow away all your guests? This is the easiest, semi-healthy snack ever and tastes just like a mini Snickers, but in a healthier way.

What do you need?

  • 10 to 15 dates
  • 1 100-gram bar of high-quality white chocolate
  • A few pieces of dark chocolate
  • 4 grams of Yoisho Matcha
  • Pecan nuts
  • Peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate using the au-bain-marie method. In the meantime, cut open the dates and remove the pits. Fill each date with some peanut butter and a pecan nut.
  2. When the white chocolate is melted, let it cool down slightly and add the matcha. Whisk until all the matcha is dissolved.
  3. Dip the dates into the matcha chocolate until they are all covered, and place them on a baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate the same way as the white chocolate and drizzle it over the dates. You can even top them off with a little bit of salt!
