Are you ready to create the best treat ever and blow away all your guests? This is the easiest, semi-healthy snack ever and tastes just like a mini Snickers, but in a healthier way.
What do you need?
- 10 to 15 dates
- 1 100-gram bar of high-quality white chocolate
- A few pieces of dark chocolate
- 4 grams of Yoisho Matcha
- Pecan nuts
- Peanut butter
Instructions:
- Melt the white chocolate using the au-bain-marie method. In the meantime, cut open the dates and remove the pits. Fill each date with some peanut butter and a pecan nut.
- When the white chocolate is melted, let it cool down slightly and add the matcha. Whisk until all the matcha is dissolved.
- Dip the dates into the matcha chocolate until they are all covered, and place them on a baking sheet to prevent sticking.
- Melt the dark chocolate the same way as the white chocolate and drizzle it over the dates. You can even top them off with a little bit of salt!
